At Sole to Soul Footwear, we want you to walk with confidence; if your new shoes aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and include the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Shoes

Place the unworn footwear back into its original shoebox and secure it inside a shipping mailer or box to prevent damage.

Label and Ship

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
